Audit Logs / Requests
Use the Last Modified button to identify when a record was last amended, and by who. Or reach out to the support team for a full audit log in the last 12 months for any changes made to a specific section of an employee's record e.g Deployment.
If you would like to check who last modified a record within the system, please navigate to the relevant section of the system, and use the last modified button like below (if applicable):
This should then inform you of who inserted this record, who made the last changes, and when this was done:
Furthermore, you are able to use the People Summary Report, to report on Last Modified Date and the person who made this change, as per the below:
If you would like to see the full changes made to a specific record e.g Bank Detail changes for John Doe, please reach out to the support team with as much information as possible, including what the request is, and why you are requesting an audit.
We can help to retrieve an audit log for changes made in the past 12 months, but anything beyond this is not possible.
Please bare in mind that at this moment in time, we do not currently audit when data is viewed within the audit framework, so we cannot say when John Doe viewed Jane Doe's Compensation, we only audit changes, so when John Doe inserted/changed/deleted Jane Doe's Compensation within the last 12 months.
