Configuring Access to Object Management

Learn how to enable Object Management for HR Professional roles so that authorised users can access the Object Management screens.

📝Note: 

  • Only HR Professionals can access Object Management.
  • Object Management is disabled by default.

 How to enable Object Management

Navigate to:

Administration > Setup & Security > Security Roles > HR Professional > Security Role Permissions

Enable Object Management navigation permissions

  1. Open the required HR Professional security role.
  2. Navigate to Security Role Permissions > Navigation > Administration > Setup & Security > Object Management.
  3. Enable the Object Management folder.
  4. Enable:
    • Search Object Catalogue
    • Object Details

Enable Object Catalogue search permissions

  1. Within the same security role, navigate to Search > Objects.
  2. Enable Object Catalogue.

Verify access

  1. Save your changes.
  2. Refresh the page.
  3. Navigate to Administration > Setup & Security.
  4. Confirm that Object Management is now available.
