Email delivery statuses

After an email has been sent through Cezanne Recruitment, you can view the delivery status from the Emails tab on a Candidate page, or the sent folder from the Inbox feature.

Cezanne Recruitment display's a tick or X for each email to indicate the success of the delivery, along with a more detailed status message by hovering the mouse over the icon:

Here are all available statuses:

Standard statuses

  • Pending delivery
  • Sent
  • Delivered
  • Opened
  • Flagged as spam
  • Delivery failed

 

Bounce (delivery failed)

When an email bounces, additional context may be available:

  • Recipient email address is invalid or unavailable
  • Temporary delivery failure
  • Recipient domain could not be reached
  • Email bounced

 

Suppression / Subscription changes

These indicate the email provider is rejecting emails for that recipient:

  • Recipient is suppressed due to previous bounce
  • Recipient is suppressed due to spam complaint
  • Recipient is manually suppressed
  • Recipient is suppressed

 

If suppression is no longer active:

  • Recipient subscription is active
