How to Move a Candidate to a Different Job

Select the Job
From your job list, select the job that contains the candidate you want to take action on.
Select the Candidate
Click on the candidate you want to move to open their profile.
Move the Candidate
On the candidate's profile, click on More Actions > Move to a Different Job.
Choose the Destination Job
A drop-down menu will appear with a list of your live jobs. Select the job you want to move the candidate to.
Select the Pipeline Stage
Choose the pipeline stage where you want the candidate to be placed in the new job.
Confirm the Move
Click the green Move Candidate button to complete the action.

*You can not move a candidate to a job that you are not the owner of or assigned to. To become assigned to a job you need to request the job owner to add you to the hiring team on that job.
