How Do I Resolve Error 110156

You may encounter the following error when approving a request: “No approver could be found for this process, please contact your administrator about this issue."

 

This error typically occurs in the following scenarios:

  • Approving an absence request for an employee

 

🔍 Why This Happens
This error message usually appears when the process involves a specific user who is no longer part of the company and is therefore inactive.

 

How to Resolve It

  1. Review and Terminate the Existing Process

    • Navigate to Administration > Processes > Active Process

    • Select the relevant process and click Terminate

    • If there are ongoing tasks linked to the process, the system will prompt you to confirm whether you'd like to terminate them.

      • If you wish to retain current tasks, select No when prompted.

  2. Recreate the Process

    • Go to Administration > Processes > Activate Process Flows

    • Recreate the process from scratch with the necessary updates.
