This error message usually appears when the process involves a specific user who is no longer part of the company and is therefore inactive.
✅ How to Resolve It

Review and Terminate the Existing Process

Navigate to Administration > Processes > Active Process

Select the relevant process and click Terminate

If there are ongoing tasks linked to the process, the system will prompt you to confirm whether you'd like to terminate them.
