How Do I Resolve Error 100253

You may encounter the following error when generating a People Summary Report: “Generation of report data is already being performed".

🔍 Why This Happens
This error message typically appears when the "Save & Export" button is clicked multiple times or due to a temporary glitch.

✅ How to Resolve It

1. Click "OK"

   • Clicking OK after the error message will usually still allow the report to export successfully.

2. Create a new People Summary Report template
   • If the above does not work, try creating a brand-new report template from scratch.
