How Do I Resolve Error 103011?
Employee A in Org Unit X has no reports to for the period X. You must either set a reports to manually or set a manager for the org unit for this period.
This error occurs when no ‘Reports To’ has been set for the duration of the employee’s deployment. It may appear either under Employee Profile > Deployment > Org Unit/Positions, or when using the Move or Replace Employee tool.
To resolve this:
Ensure that a valid ‘Reports To’ is assigned, and that it aligns with the dates of the employee’s deployment. Once this is in place, you can save the changes successfully.
