How Do I Resolve Error 108060
You may encounter the following error when adding a new absence plan: “A working and scheduled time record must be assigned to ... for the whole of the enrolment period".
🔍 Why This Happens
This error message typically appears when an absence plan is assigned outside the timeframe of the employee’s working time pattern.
For example:
The below working time pattern starts from 01/01/2025
The absence plan is starting outside this timeframe:
The system requires a valid Working Time Pattern to calculate entitlement. Since the absence plan’s dates are not consistent with the working time pattern, the system cannot proceed to any calculation and displays error 108060.
✅ How to Resolve It

Change the “Effective From” and “Effective To” dates for the absence plan.
Example:
The working time pattern starts on 01/01/2025:
The absence plan should also start on 01/01/2025.
