How Do I Resolve Error 6110?

Error 6110: “The execution of the rule HTMLSANITZERRULE has produced an error generating the following result: the column INSTRUC116788 isn’t contained in the datarow.”

This typically appears when an Instructions field has been permanently deleted from the form, and the form wasn’t rebuilt afterward.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Form Builder and select the relevant form
2. Deactivate the form (you will need to terminate the Process Flow for the form first)
3. Click Rebuild
4. Reload the screen
5. Activate the form
6. Activate a new Process Flow for the form
