How To Change E-Mail Templates
To change the email contents for a specific email please navigate to:
Administration > Documents & E-Mails > E-Mail Template > Search for Template > Select Template > E-Mail Template Contents > Select Language
Please note: Changing the email template will affect all emails sent using that template. For example, if you modify the template for ‘eSign – Document to Read and Sign’, every document sent via eSign will use the updated version.
Therefore, we recommend updating the template, sending the required document using the modified content, and then reverting the template back to its original state afterward.
