How To Create Searches and Reports

The majority of searches you’ll need can be found under the People section. Most information stored within an employee’s profile can be accessed through the following search options.

For example:
If you want to report on employees' entitlements, you can use the Holiday Balance search by navigating to:
People > Magnifying Glass (Search) > … > Holiday Balance > Apply

 

To export the results to a spreadsheet, simply click:
Actions > Export to Spreadsheet

 

For more detailed searches—such as reporting on Performance Reviews—you’ll find a few basic options under the People section. However, these may not provide the level of detail you need. In cases like this, it's recommended to navigate directly to the relevant module, then go to:
Appraisal Forms > Magnifying Glass (Search) > …


This will provide access to more comprehensive and detailed search options.

Alternatively, you don’t need to navigate through the module manually—you can simply change the dropdown menu in the search area to the relevant section you're interested in.
