How Do I Resolve Error 102309

This error typically occurs in scenarios such as:

Processing an employee as a Leaver

Closing absence plans
🔍 Why This Happens
This error message typically appears when there are unlinked absences on the original absence plan that occur after the currently entered "Effective To" date.
✅ How to Resolve It

Access the relevant absence plan.

Navigate to the "Absences" tab.

Review for any unlinked absence records — these will be marked with a
icon
- Delete any unlinked records causing the issue.
Note: Deletion is irreversible. All data associated with the deleted absence will be permanently lost.
