🔍 Why This Happens
The error message usually appears when the system is trying to load and display a large volume of data on the calendar. This is most commonly caused by filters that include a high number of employees (e.g. filters set to display all employees in the organisation).
✅ How to Resolve It
We highly recommend adjusting calendar filters to display smaller, more specific groups—such as by organisational units—instead of using a general "All" filter. This reduces the load on the system and improves performance.
Here’s how you can check and update these filters:
In User Records:
You can switch off or adjust filters directly in individual user records.

Go to Administration > Users

Select the user and review their User Calendar Filters
In "Employee Groups":
Some calendar filters are based on specific Employee Groups. You can review and refine which employees are included:
