How to resolve Performance Review Error 111191?
Error 111191 in Performance Reviews: "No Job Deployment found for employee on reference date"
This error will occur if the employee involved in the performance review does not have either a Job Deployment or Job Profile Exception on the reference date.
To check the reference date, you will need to navigate to
Administration >> performance >> appraisal forms >> select appraisal form >> sections >> view Job Competency Profile Rating sections:
There are 2 potential solutions to fixing this.
1. Changing the reference date
This solution will be more suitable if you are testing the performance review and have not yet sent it out to employees.
If the appraisal is not in a running process and is not currently in any employee's record, you can change the reference date in the screen above to a more recent reference date.
2. Temporarily changing the Job Deployment date for the employees
This solution will involve changing the effective dates of the job deployments of any impacted employees. To do this, navigate to
People >> select employee >> deployments >> Jobs or Job Profile Exceptions >> change the effective dates to match the reference date:
Once the performance review is running, you can then change these dates back to the original dates.
