HR Professional vs Restricted HR Professional
This article explains the key differences between the two roles and highlights the areas that are only available to HR Professionals.
Both the HR Professional and Restricted HR Professional security roles provide access to employee information and HR administration functionality. However, the Restricted HR Professional role is designed for users who need access to HR data without access to system configuration, security settings, advanced reporting, and other administrative functions.
HR Professional role
HR Professionals typically have broader access to employee records and administrative functionality across the system. They can be granted access to system-wide configuration, reporting, security, and organisational management features.
