How can I use AI in Cezanne?

Within Cezanne, there are now two key areas where you and your business can make use of AI.
The first is within the bio feature which for self service users can access by going into myself and then the personal summary section. They can then write an about me section and use the AI button to extend, shorten, rephrase or make their writing sound more friendly or professional. As a reminder, all users can then see all bios by going to administration, clicking into contacts list and pressing search.
A HR administrator can also make use of AI in the documents and e-mails section. When pressing add new document template the options to either build your own or generate with AI will appear. When generate with AI is selected, you can name your document, choose which merge fields will be needed in this document and then either choose from one of our preset prompts, or write your own.
A template for you to use will then be generated, highlighting where specific merge fields will be used. You can then continue to make further edits to your documents and compare the different versions.
Once you are happy with it press finalise template and confirm and you will see your document appearing in the document template section where it can be saved. It will then appear within your document templates for you to use.
This feature can also be used within the email template section and works in the same way as in the documents section.
