Onboarding links for employee tasks

Learn how to use and configure onboarding links in Cezanne HR, so new hires can quickly complete key tasks such as updating personal details, bank information, and emergency contacts.

Onboarding links allow you to direct new employees straight to specific areas of their profile in Cezanne HR. This makes it easier for them to complete required tasks, such as updating their personal information or adding bank details. These links are typically added to onboarding checklists as tasks. 

How to add onboarding links to a checklist

Follow these steps to include a link in your onboarding tasks:

  1. Log in to Cezanne HR
  2. Navigate to Admin then Onboarding
  3. Add a new checklist template or select an existing checklist 
  4. Click Add Task
  5. Complete the required fields
  6. Paste your customised link into the task instructions
  7. Click Save and close
