Release notes for the recruitment app for the period October/November 2026. 

This article summarises the latest product releases for Cezanne Recruitment during October and November 2026. The page will be updated as additional releases become available.

Enhancements:

Country specific Data retention settings

The data retention feature now allows admins to set specific data retention periods by country. Meaning admins can configure the system to for example automatically delete candidate data for UK jobs after 12 months, German jobs after 2 years, French jobs after 3 years etc.  

 Open Settings>Company settings>Data retention to see the new options.

   

Other enhancements:

Fixes:

  • Smart Questions - In some cases candidate answers were being overwritten when questions had identical titles.
  • The Activity tab of the hiring manager review was not loading for some customers. 

 Coming soon:
  • Super-admins can bypass rules where requisitions are required before creating new jobs. 
  • France Travail job board integration.
