How To Report on Employee Appraisals

This article will provide guidance for how to generate a report on information within Employee Appraisals.

To get a report on Employee Appraisals and the information within, you will need to run an Employee Appraisal Results by Item (New) search. 

This search can be found under

Searches on right hand side >> Put 'Employee Appraisals' in the drop down box >> Click on the 3 dots next to it >> Find 'Employee Appraisal Results by Item (New) >> Apply

After clicking 'Apply', you can then open this search. You are able to adjust the criteria and columns as needed, for example if you want to filter for a specific appraisal or if you want to add more information to the search.

Once you have configured this as needed, you can then click 'search'

Once that is done, you can then click on actions >> export to spreadsheet to get a report of this information
