September 2026 release notes

This release brings more flexibility, expanded payroll options and new AI and learning capabilities.

📝 Note

This release is scheduled to go live on 19 September 2026.

This release includes updates to bank holiday libraries, performance terminology, BACS exports and APIs, alongside new developments in AI and learning.

New features

Bank Holiday Library

The Bank Holiday and Compulsory Events libraries have been updated to include holidays for the next three years.

This makes it easier to import the relevant bank holidays into your calendars without needing to add them manually.

Appraisals' header in Object Management

To give customers more flexibility when configuring the Performance module, the Appraisals screen in People can now be renamed.

This allows you to use terminology that better matches your organisation's own performance review processes.

Payroll

New BACS File Exports

Three new BACS file export formats are now available:

  • Bank of Ireland UK BACS
  • HSBC Hex4W BACS
  • Danske Bank – Faster Payments

These provide additional options for exporting payment files to supported banking providers.

API enhancements

ScheduleGUID added to Regular Pay

ScheduleGUID has been added to the Regular Pay API, providing access to the relevant payroll schedule identifier.

Delete function for Additions & Deductions

The Additions & Deductions API now supports the delete function, giving greater flexibility when managing additions and deductions through the API.
