Moving Candidates between stages e.g. shortlisting

As you evaluate candidate's using features such as AI CV scoring, smart questions, interviews, some candidates will progress to further stages and some end up being rejecteded. It's easy to update the candidate's stage inside Cezanne recruitment using the following methods:

From “My Jobs” Page.

From the left side menu select “My Jobs”
From the list of jobs, select the job you wish to manage
Click, then drag and drop the candidate to the stage you want to move them to

From “Candidate Profile” Page.

From the left side menu select “My Jobs”
From the list of jobs, select the job you wish to manage
Click the candidate to enter the candidate profile
On the top right side of the screen select the stage you wish to move the candidate to
