Timesheet Issue - June 2025

There is currently an issue where employees have not received timesheets this week

Our Development team have found the root cause of the issue and found the issue was caused by a nightly job that failed to complete for a subset of customers.
They have been able to mitigate it by increasing server capacity while they work on a fix
They have also re-run the nightly job that failed to create the missing timesheet processes for the affected customers and this has now completed successfully.

We have had reports of employees not receiving timesheets this week.

This is currently raised with our development team who are investigating the issue. We will update this page with further information shortly.
