Error 18550 appears when trying to access a Scheduled Export link that has expired.
This error can arise due to a few potential reasons:
- The link has been selected more than once when the link is one time only.
For any 'Email' recipients, you would have to select 'One-time link' for this to apply. You can check this under
Administration >> Scheduled Exports >> Select the Scheduled Export >> Check the 'Export Target' section:
- Accessing the link after 24 hours. It is only valid for 24 hours unless configured otherwise.
For any 'E-mail' recipients, this can be checked under the 'Export Targets' section if 'Expiring Link' has been selected:
The link will expire after the number of days set in this section.
- Antivirus or other software may be clicking/scanning through links, causing a one-time link to expire.
If you have any Antivirus software or any other software installed that scans through links sent via email, it may be scanning this link which essentially causes it to open. This then would cause the link to expire if it is a one-time link.
