This release introduces payroll enhancements to improve security and flexibility, user experience updates across the system, three new web languages, and additional functionality for AI-generated documents.

Payroll: Average Holiday Pay Top-Up
A new Average Holiday Pay Top-Up option allows employers to pay the difference between an employee's Average Holiday Pay and their basic pay as a separate top-up, rather than paying the full amount as holiday pay.

Payroll: Password-Protected P45s
P45s sent by email from Cezanne HR are now password protected, providing an additional layer of security for employee payroll information.

AI: Merge Fields for AI Documents
You can now add merge fields to AI-generated document templates after the initial document has been created, making it easier to customise documents without generating them again.
User experience enhancements

Updated Grid Views
Grid views across the system have been refreshed to align with the latest Cezanne HR design system, providing a cleaner and more consistent user experience.

Personal Summary Job Details
The Job Details card on the Personal Summary page now includes compensation information (where users have the appropriate permissions), making it easier to access key pay details from one location.

Press Enter to Search
You can now press Enter when entering search criteria to run a search immediately, removing the need to click Search on the criteria page.
New languages
Three additional languages are now available in the web application:
- French Canadian
- Chinese
- Japanese
