Recruitment - February/March 2026 Release Notes

This article summarises all product releases for Cezanne Recruitment in February and March 2026. 

Enhancements:

  • Job Posting V2 beta release

    Expanded flexibility for customers that want to create multiple Jobs listing pages on different pages of their website. Each page can have different layouts and can filter Jobs by tags, internal or External. You can configure a unique Source for each page, so you can track which page candidates applied from. 

  • Improved security for Contracts 

    Contracts now benefit from enhanced security, helping protect sensitive information and ensuring greater confidence when generating and sharing documents.

  • Clearer and easier interview scorecard comments

    Interview scorecards now support line breaks, with a more responsive comment box that makes longer feedback easier to write and review. Comments are also displayed correctly throughout Cezanne Recruitment, improving readability.

  • CV database column selection now sticky

    CV database columns and sorting are now "sticky". If the user changes the columns, clicks away or comes back at a later date the view layout will be the same as before.

    We also added a "Reset view to default" shortcut which restores the column layout back to our default.

  • Clear warning for oversized emails

    If an email or email template exceeds the maximum supported size, users are now informed immediately. This prevents emails being mistakenly marked as sent when they cannot be delivered, reducing confusion and follow-up work.

  • Faster calendar troubleshooting for admins

    Admins can now quickly disconnect an individual user’s calendar integration using a new shortcut in Team > Users > Edit User, making it easier to resolve calendar sync issues without additional steps or contacting support.

  • More reliable PDF contract formatting

    Signatures and text added to PDF contracts now appear in the correct position and orientation, even when the PDF includes rotated pages, ensuring documents are always presented professionally.

  • Reduced risk of losing drafted emails

    Clicking outside an action window, such as Email, no longer closes it. This change helps prevent accidental data loss and makes composing messages less stressful.

  • New “Job Language” field to support localisation

    A new Job Language field has been added as part of our ongoing localisation work. This enables support for additional languages, such as French, and will drive more translated content over time.

  • Activity feed, Custom fields settings pages now respect user language

    The activity feed now responds to the user’s language setting and automatically displays content in supported languages, making the app easier to use for multilingual teams.

  • Blind scoring beta V2 updates

    Numerous fixes and enhancements based on beta customer feedback. This includes adding a new Opt-out toggle in company settings. This can hide the option to anonymise candidates when sending for hiring manager review. 

Fixes:

  • Duplicate requisition approval notifications were being sent in some scenarios.
  • Submitted forms and other information from approvers was not visible in some cases on requisitions. This fixes the underlying issue and also makes any missing data now visible. 
  • Resolved an issue where some signed Contract offers were not visible to Cezanne Recruitment users.
  • Auto-rejection emails, based on smart question rule-out responses were not sending in some circumstances.
  • CV database errored when adding or sorting on certain columns.
  • In some scenarios Contracts were not being sent to Candidates.  
  • In Team>Users, the disconnect calendar option was not appearing for the current user.
  • Candidate activity feed could exclude details such as Rejection reason, Username, Job board name
  • In some cases Jobs were not closing on the specified Closing date.
  • Clicking outside of an action window (e.g. Email), no longer closes the window. This was reported as a source of frustration as it was easy to lose draft content. 
  • "Collect Opt in for future job processes" was displaying as a required opt-in checkbox on the candidate application page. This has been changed to an optional and not required checkbox.
  • DEI report "Hired" widget was referencing a different field compared with the Candidate count widgets at the top of the report, in some cases resulting in different numbers. They both now use the same Candidate hired date field.

Coming soon

Blind Scoring - General Release. 

Blind Scoring is an optional feature in Cezanne Recruitment, designed to help reduce bias during CV reviews. Using AI, it removes personally identifiable information (PII) from candidate CVs, enabling hiring managers to evaluate profiles without exposure to sensitive details.

Hiring managers can then give a thumbs up or down and add comments. Additionally, each candidate is assigned an anonymized name, which appears throughout the review process and is visible to recruitment users within the Cezanne Recruitment app.

Currently in beta, this release will make the feature generally available. 

Job Listing Pages updates

This update introduces support for multiple job listing pages, each with individual filters and configuration options. This allows you to display different sets of jobs on different pages of your website. For example, you might create one layout for internal vacancies and another for external‑facing roles.

This feature will be released for a short beta, before becoming generally available.

Candidate Name Search on a Job

A new search box will be added to the Job page, making it quicker to find a specific candidate on a job by their name.
