Welcome to the first set of Recruitment app release notes in 2026. We're excited to share with you the most recent product updates. We've introduced new features, enhanced existing functionality, acting on the feedback you’ve shared with us. These release notes will be kept up to date as new features are released through January. 
 

New Feature - Blind Scoring - CV Anonymisation - Released for Closed Beta

  • Blind Scoring is designed to help reduce bias during CV reviews. Using AI, it removes personally identifiable information (PII) from candidate CVs, enabling hiring managers to evaluate profiles without exposure to sensitive details.

New Platform Status Page

  • We’ve introduced a new status page to provide real‑time updates on system availability and performance. This gives you visibility into any incidents, maintenance, or service disruptions, so you can stay informed at all times. Subscribe for updates here: https://status.cezannehr.com

Enhanced CV scoring:

  • We’ve rolled out an enhanced version of our CV scoring tool, powered by the latest AI advancements.
  • More accurate, consistent scoring, aligned directly with your job descriptions.
  • Sharper insights to help identify the best candidates faster.

Filter Candidates by “Source” when viewing Candidates in ATS view

  • In addition to filtering candidates by Smart Question responses, you can now filter candidates on a job by their source. This makes it quick and easy to see how candidates were sourced.

Other Enhancements:

  • “Internal” and “External” fields added to Job Resource public API & Webhooks.
  • Sharing Job Links (e.g. via social media) now consistently displays Job title, description preview and Company logo.
  • Security enhancement – Passwords now allowed with more than 16 characters 

Fixes:

  • Errors related to Bizimply integration.
  • Errors when updating User Profile e.g. changing Linkedin URL.
  • File upload errors in some workflows
  • Fix for duplicate informational text appearing in the Job requisition approval workflow. 
  • Incomplete list of Jobs when transferring Candidates to different Jobs. – Now correct list of Jobs is displayed.
  • In some cases, Favorited Recruiters did not receive notification emails.
  • DE&I reporting fixes when using some filters.
  • Emails are not sent if missing a subject.
  • Errors completing forms in some cases with a File upload question type. 
  • In some circumstances, multiple choice values are not displayed in dropdowns for requisitions.
