Cloning a Process Flow

The Clone Process option enables you to take a copy of an active Performance Process Flow, then update and activate it. This can be useful when you need to:

  • Correct a mistake in a Process Flow you have just created.
  • Quickly create a Performance Process that is basically the same as a previous year's, but requires some amendments e.g. the appraisal form(s) changed.
  • Make a change to a process, including Form Builder Process.

This article explains how to clone an active/terminated process and contains the following sections:

  1. Clone a Process Flow
  2. Clone a Configurable Performance Review Process Flow

Note:

  • A process must have already been set up in the system to be able to use the clone a process functionality. To activate a new process, see: List of Processes.
