This widget displays two Headcount analytics at the current point in time.

This article explains how each of the analytics are calculated.
Note:
- If the Exclude from Headcounts checkbox has been ticked for any employee on their Employment Status screen, they will not be included in the calculations for this analytic. For more information, see: Exclude from Headcounts.
Active Employees
The sum of all people in your organisation with a current Primary Employment Details record.
FTE Headcount
The sum of all active employees' current Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) ratios.
User Role Restrictions
- HR Professional - Will be able to see everyone, so will see the analytic for the whole organisation.
- Restricted HR Professional - Will be able to see all people they have view access to. If they have no access to a person, that person will not be included in the calculations.
- Line Manager - Will be able to see themselves & their subordinates. Therefore, they will see the analytic for their team.
- Self Service - Don't have access to Analytics.
