In Cezanne, it is possible to report on user activity by using the login history feature
Accessing the Login History Report
- Navigate to Security Settings
Go to Administration > Setup & Security > Security Settings. - In the left hand menu open Login History and click Search.
Upon running the search, the report displays the following columns by default:

Username |
The user’s login name. |
Security Role |
Role(s) assigned to the user. |
Remote IP Address |
IP address from which the user logged in. |
Login Date and Time |
Timestamp of successful login. |
Status |
Outcome of the login session (e.g., Logged Off, expired). |
Logout Date and Time |
Timestamp when the session ended (if available). |
Authentication Mode |
Method used (e.g., ProprietaryAuthentication, SAML). |
Session Type |
Type of session (e.g., OAuth2, Application, Batch). |
Browser |
Browser name and version. |
Platform |
Operating system. |
Plug-in Version |
Version of any authentication plug-in used. |
User Agent |
Full user agent string for diagnostics. |
Filtering Options
To narrow down results, use the criteria section before clicking search. You can filter by any of the columns above. Available filter criteria include:
- Username
- Security Role
- Authentication Mode
- Browser
- Platform
- Plug-in Version
- User Agent
- Session Type
- Status
- Remote IP Address
- Login Date and Time (range filter)
- Logout Date and Time (range filter)

Tips
- If Logout Date and Time is blank, the user session may still be active.
