Contacts List

The Contacts List can be used to find the contact details of any active employee within your Cezanne system.

This article shows how to use the Contacts List and contains the following sections:

1. Using the Contacts List

Navigate to: Administration >> Contacts List

  • Clicking Search with no criteria entered will return the full contacts list.
  • To search for specific contacts, enter some criteria and click Search.

Note:

  • The information displayed on the Contacts List cards is configured by your HR Team so may not look like the screenshots above.
  • If more than 50 records are returned, you will need to use the Load More button at the bottom of the list to see more.

2. Contacts List Configuration

The information shown on the Contacts List is configurable by HR Professionals. It is possible to change the fields that appear on the Contacts List cards and which of the fields will be searched on.
