The Pro Rata Using FTE option enables an employee's entitlement awards to be adjusted pro rata by their FTE ratio. This option affects:
- Accrued Entitlement
- Positive and Negative Carry Over
- Maximum Entitlement
- Minimum Entitlement

In the following examples, the Absence Plan Type has been set up with the following options:
- Accrual Calculation Type = Fixed
- Accrual Date = 1st Jan
- Entitlement = 30 days
- Employee Enrolment Date = 01/01/2015
