How to create a company profile - Payroll
Step 1: Create a Company Profile
- Navigate to the Administration section (spanner icon on the bottom left of the taskbar).
- Select Organisation > Companies.
- Click Add New Company and name it as per your preference.
- Assign a company code (can be the same as the company name).
- Set the Sort Order to 1 so that it appears at the top of the list.
- Define the Effective Date (e.g., April 1, 2024).
- Ensure you select the correct attributes for the company, such as whether it reports to another company.
- Click Save at the top of the screen.
- Refresh the page to confirm the company profile is properly stored.
