How to create a company profile - Payroll

Step 1: Create a Company Profile

  1. Navigate to the Administration section (spanner icon on the bottom left of the taskbar).
  2. Select Organisation > Companies.
  3. Click Add New Company and name it as per your preference.
  4. Assign a company code (can be the same as the company name).
  5. Set the Sort Order to 1 so that it appears at the top of the list.
  6. Define the Effective Date (e.g., April 1, 2024).
  7. Ensure you select the correct attributes for the company, such as whether it reports to another company.
  8. Click Save at the top of the screen.
  9. Refresh the page to confirm the company profile is properly stored.
