How to Run a Report on a Document Kick-Off

This article will explain how to run a report on a Document-Kick off.

Navigate to the Search Function:

Administration > Document & E-Mails > Documents > Search Documents > Advanced Search

 

Set the Search Criteria:

In the Reference field, enter the reference number of the Document Kick-Off.

You can find this reference by going to:

Administration > Documents & E-Mails > Documents > Select Document Kick-Off > Details


Customize the Report Columns:

Move the Recipient column from Available Columns to Selected Columns. This will include the names of all employees who received the document as part of the Kick-Off.

Add any other relevant columns or criteria as needed to tailor your report.
