How do I resolve error 110044?

Error 110044 typically occurs when attempting to validate timesheets or absences for an employee who is not yet set up as an internal user on the platform.

To resolve this:

  1. Check whether the employee has an associated User account. To do this, go to Administration > Users.

  2. If no user exists, click on "Add New User" and assign it to the relevant employee affected by the issue.
