Each employee can have a series of benefits linked to themselves or members of their family (e.g. Child Vouchers, Life insurance). The Benefits (People >> Compensation >> Benefits) screen enables you to assign Benefits and to maintain details related to Contributions and Beneficiaries. Both current and historical data are shown in this screen - so you can see the evolution of the employee's benefits over time.
This article explains how to use Benefits within Cezanne HR and contains the following sections:
1. Benefit Details

Use this tab to add, edit or delete all benefits related to the employee.

Each benefit has a Scheme Join Date and a Scheme Leave Date that identifies the period of time for which the employee is enrolled on the benefits plan.

Each benefit also has a related Benefit Type and Scheme Name, that help you identify the name and type of the benefit (e.g. Pension, Life Insurance).
2. Contributions

It's possible to manage the contribution amounts through the Contributions tab of the Person Benefits screen.

Here it is possible to establish the Employer Contribution and the Employee Contribution, as well as defining the Pay Period: this value will be used when calculating the Annual contribution values.
3. Beneficiaries

Using the Beneficiaries tab of the Benefits screen, it's possible to assign some relatives as beneficiaries of the benefit plans of the employee.

Benefits can also be shared by several people, by indicating the Benefit Share Amount and the Benefit Share%.
