This article will outline the full process of creating an appraisal form and sending it out to employees in a performance review.
1. Creating the Appraisal Form
You can create an appraisal form by navigating to
Administration >> Performance >> Appraisal Forms >> Add New:
There are different parts of an appraisal form which you may have to consider first. The below articles will provide you with guidance on each section. This is a list of all available sections, so some of these articles may not be needed for your appraisal form.

2. Setting up a Configurable Performance Process Flow
Once the appraisal form(s) have been created, you then will need to setup a process flow. You can do this by going to
Administration >> Processes >> Activate Process Flows >> Performance:

3. Setting up the Performance Review
Once the process flow has been created, you can now set up the performance review which will send out the appraisal to employees. You can do this by navigating to
Administration >> Performance >> Performance Reviews >> Add new:
You can then select the process flow you have created. Once the performance review has been created, you can then add employees to this performance review. Once everything is finalised, you can click 'Start' to send this out.

We would also recommend trying the performance review on one employee or a few employees first. This will let you test the process to make sure everything is working as intended.

Sometimes the performance review may take longer than expected to start for employees. We would recommend waiting until the following morning at the latest for the process to be sent out.
If the performance review is still stuck at that point, we would recommend contacting support for further advice.
